For an accurate quote, a representative sample of the content is more useful than a description of the volume. A short document, a chapter of a manual, a page of labels — anything that shows the kind of writing, the level of technicality, and the state of any existing French content. If the project involves an ongoing program or a catalogue, a brief description of the scope and the documentation cycle is helpful alongside the sample.
